How long do your meals stay fresh?
We follow Public Health guidelines and recommend consuming refrigerated leftovers within 4 days. Our optional vacuum-sealed meals can stay fresh longer and also freeze well, depending on proper storage and refrigerator temperature.
How do I heat my meals?
You can reheat your meals in several ways, including the microwave, oven, toaster oven, stovetop, or air fryer. You can also transfer the meal to a plate before heating. For food safety, always reheat your meal to 165°F.
Are your meals delivered fresh or frozen?
Our meals are prepared fresh and delivered fresh, never frozen. We use fresh ingredients and make our meals from scratch for delicious, satisfying results.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver across Cambridge, Guelph, Elora, Rockwood, Fergus, and select nearby areas. We also offer limited delivery toward Kitchener and surrounding areas depending on the order location and delivery route.
What types of meals and options do you offer?
Our menu includes chef-created meals, high-protein options, low-carb and diabetic-friendly choices, gluten-free options, and family-sized meals. We also offer soups, sandwiches, wraps, salads, pot pies, quiche, vegetables, pasta, and other sides.
Do you offer halal meals?
Yes. Our ground beef and chicken breast are Halal.
Do your meals contain a lot of salt?
We use very little salt in our meals. Meals with gravy or cream-based sauces may contain slightly more salt, but we still keep the overall amount relatively low.
